Words have Power: Celebrate your freedom to read during Banned Books Week, September 24-30
Attn: Seniors & Parents! Senior Activity fees are due by Sept. 30th, 2017. If you have already paid, thank you! These fees help with additional activities we provide for our seniors throughout the year and are not funded by the school. Our 2 biggest activities are the after-prom (you don’t need to attend prom to to go to after-prom) and graduation yard signs.
Homecoming voting has begun! Please visit your school email for directions, voting ballots and the forms needed to purchase a bid during all lunch periods in the Cafeteria, Tuesday, Sept. 26 – Thursday Oct. 5th. See Ms. Davis or Mrs. Schloegl (E8) with questions!
Volunteers and Chaperones Needed: We need parent volunteers during all lunch periods (10:30-12:55) to assist in selling bids on Thursday, Sept. 28-Tuesday, Oct.3. Chaperones are also needed for Homecoming October, 7 8pm-11pm. Check here for more information or to sign up Homecoming bids Slots
Homecoming: Homecoming bids go on sale during all lunch periods starting tomorrow, through Thursday, Oct. 5. Bids are $15 per person and you must complete a bid dance form and guest form prior to purchasing. Please check your school email to receive the form, or see Ms. Davis in B2 with any questions.
Hispanic Heritage Month: September 15-October 15 marks Hispanic Heritage Month. It is important to take this time to recognize the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group’s heritage and culture
Sonia Maria Sotomayor is an Associate Justice of the Supreme court of the United States. Born in the Bronx to Puerto Rican parents, in 2009 she made history as the first Hispanic and only the third woman to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court. Our Spanish Honor Society chapter is named after her!

Attention anyone interested in getting senior pictures taken: Get your pictures taken at RELICS IMAGING located behind PNC Bank on Monroe St. in Sylvania. The senior class receives 10% of all session and print purchases when you provide the fundraiser post card.
