There will be Interact meetings for all members tomorrow, Friday, February 23rd. One meeting will be at 7:15 in E3/E4 and one at 2:30 in E3/E4.

Tickets for this Saturday’s District Hockey Semi-Final against St. John’s at Tam O’ Shanter are available all week in the main office. Please see Mrs. Ragland to purchase your tickets for $7.00. The puck drops at 7:00 PM.

Musician of the Week: The Northview Musician of the Week is senior Olivia Yarbro, daughter of Timothy and Christie Yarbro. Olivia sings Tenor in the Northview A Capella Choir, Alto in Harmony Road Show, and Mezzo in the Women’s Chorus. Olivia is also an active member of the Northview band. Olivia also is an active member of Northview Theatre Department. Apart from her musical activities, Olivia loves to babysit little kids and spend time with her friends. After graduation, Olivia plans on attending school to become a dental hygienist.

The next American Sign Language (ASL) Club meeting is Tuesday 2/27 after school 2:30-3:00 in C4.

Hello NV Class of 2018 parents! Musician of the Week: The Northview Musician of the Week is senior Olivia Yarbro, daughter of Timothy and Christie Yarbro. She plays mellophone in the marching band and French horn in wind ensemble. As head quartermaster of the band, Olivia makes sure all the uniforms are properly taken care of. Olivia also is an active member of Northview Theatre Department. Over the past four years Olivia has portrayed the roles of The ugly duckling and understudied Pennywise and Hope Cladwell and was a member of the cast of NV’s Fall Musical Cinderella. Apart from her musical activities, Olivia loves to babysit little kids and spend time with her friends. After graduation, Olivia plans on attending school to become a dental hygienist.

Let’s try this one more time… Don’t miss the make-up for the make-up Fill-it-up game (it’s a Whiteout) tonight when our Boys Basketball team hosts their final home game versus the Springfield Blue Devils. The first 400 students will receive a white Wildcat Mentality t-shirt. Like always, you’ll need to pick-up a ticket for your t-shirt prior to the game. You can get your t-shirt ticket by purchasing a game ticket or showing your sports pass during all lunch periods today. Remember to come hungry. Student Government is providing free pizza before the game – located upstairs on the landing by the Media Center.

Attention Wildcats! Junior Class Government will be having a fundraiser at Pizza Fire today from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.! 15% of your bill will be donated to us. Come out with your friends and support Junior Class Government!

Next Wednesday is Valentine’s Day! Harmony Roadshow members will be selling Singing Valentines during lunch periods until tomorrow. This is an opportunity for you to surprise that special someone, best friend, or favorite teacher with personal serenade by our very own Harmony Roadshow. The cost of these singing valentines is $5 through tomorrow and $10 after. Skip the expensive flowers and chocolates and give them a moment they will never forget!

Balance Bubble Tea Friday is back! Student Council is selling half and half, passion fruit and green apple bubble tea during lunches for $4. You’ll be able to pick up your tea as you leave school by the aux gym doors tomorrow.

Riley sings Soprano in the Northview A Cappella Choir and is the beatboxer for Northview’s Harmony Road Show. Riley also is an active member of Northview Theatre Department. Apart from her musical activities, Riley is Co-Editor for The Student Prints, Co-Captain of the Varsity Tennis Team, Class Secretary, a member of student council, leadership academy, and National Honors Society, Drama Club Vice President, and part of the N-Compass diversity club and world language club. After graduation, Riley plans to study Communications and Journalism.
