This week, we are celebrating National School Counseling Week. In honor of this week, we will have a daily Northview School Counselor Spotlight, and we will highlight fun facts about each School Counselor.
Today’s School Counselor Spotlight is: Mrs. Henk
Mrs. Henk attended the University of Toledo, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then attended Heidelberg University and graduated with a Master of Arts in School Counseling.
In regards to her favorite food, she says she likes everything EXCEPT seafood and states, “If it lives in the water, I don’t eat it.”
Mrs. Henk isn’t sure what her favorite color is, but she wears a lot of black.
She doesn’t have a favorite book, but likes to read, and currently enjoys Liane Moriarty.
Mrs. Henk’s favorite sport is bowling, and she claims she’s pretty good at it too.
Her favorite artwork is whatever her kids bring home from school.
Mrs. Henk’s favorite music is pop music.
If you have an opportunity this week, stop by and thank your counselor for all the hard work they do!
