Schedule I

Tonight is the project unify soccer game so come cheer on our incredible athletes! The game will be played between the JV and Varsity Northview/Southview game. Participants, please plan to arrive by 6:00 pm

Attention anyone interested in Speech & Debate. We will be hosting an informative session Wednesday after school in room F7. This is for any students new to speech and debate.

Attention Ecuador Service Learning Estudiantes: Don’t forget the discount deadline to enroll is September 12th! We can’t wait to travel in June!

Attention all Softball Players:  There will be a brief meeting on Thursday, September 12th  for any and all girls interested in playing softball this year.  The new head coach will meet you in the cafeteria right after school.  The meeting will take 15-20 minutes.

All Northview fall sports pictures have been taken and deadline to order is this Friday, September 13th.  Order forms can be picked up from the Athletic Director’s office and completed forms returned to the dropbox in the Northview office.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes: Interested in joining FCA? Joins us Wednesdays after school in Mrs. Judges room E-11 at 2:30-3:15.  Our first meeting is this week, September 11th.  Join us to get to know about FCA, enjoy snacks, and play games!

Do you have ideas that you would like to see Earth Club work on this year?

Senior, Ian Weil, is the Northview High School Musician of the Week. Ian has been an outstanding member of the Northview Music Department; band, orchestra, & choir.  As this year’s student officer and Band President, Ian has been a great resource to the directors and leadership for our students in the band.  Ian has been a member of the Northview Marching Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, Pep Bands, Jazz Bands, Symphony Orchestra, Pit Orchestra, A Cappella Choir, Harmony Roadshow, Academy Orchestra, North Covers and has participated in numerous regional honors ensembles and OMEA honors and festival events.  Ian is also involved in the Theatre Department.  Ian is the son of Marty and Melanie Weil.

QuizCats: We will have practice tomorrow immediately after school in G-5. Be there!

Color Cloud is Here! Mark your calendars for September 13th @5:30 before the football game. Shirts will be available during lunches beginning Monday for $5. Buy early to get the size you want!! Wear your shirt and wristband then meet at the JV practice field where you will be given 3 powder packets and a DJ will countdown to 3 different COORDINATED powder releases! See you there!

All interested Spanish Club Officers: Join us on September 16th at 2:30 in F9 to determine roles as well as ideas for the year!

Ready to serve a greater cause and be a part of the best night of the year? Come to the PAC during your lunch period on Wednesday, September 18th for an informational meeting on DanceGOLD. Be there.

Interact Members: The first general meeting for all members will be on Thursday, Sept. 12.There are two options, so choose the one that works best for your busy schedule: 7:10 am in the media center or 2:40 in the PAC.  See you next Thursday on the 12th!

Are you wondering which college to go to? Do you need more information before making a decision? The Guidance Office will have many colleges visiting Northview in the next 2 months to help you in your decision making!

Sept. 16 – Ohio State University
Sept. 18- Owens Community College

Attention Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen:  The PSAT (preliminary SAT test) will be conducted at Northview on Wednesday, October 16th, 2019.  You may register for this test online at tinyurl.com/NVPSATReg until Tuesday, September 17th.
